Almutasaid Establishment For Information Technology ("Almutasaid", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Motanasb mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service, in compliance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Arabic version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy with the English version.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Phone number (required for registration), name, and email address.
Event information: Event title, date, time, venue, and address.
Guest information: When a host creates a guest list, they provide guest names and phone numbers. The host is responsible for having the right to share this information.
RSVP responses: Attendance confirmation, dietary preferences, companion details, and messages to the host.
Payment information: Payments are processed through a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card or bank account details — we only retain the transaction reference and payment status.
Device tokens: For delivering push notifications to your device.
Usage data: Anonymized diagnostic and usage data to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service (events, invitations, RSVPs, check-in)
To verify your identity via one-time password (OTP)
To send push notifications about event updates and account activity
To process subscription payments
To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues
To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with third-party service providers who help us deliver the Service, such as messaging providers, payment processors, notification services, and hosting infrastructure. These providers access your data only to perform their specific functions.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Almutasaid, our users, or the public.

4. Data Security

We follow proper security procedures and standards to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. All communication between you and our servers is encrypted. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

5. Data Retention

Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Event data: Retained for the duration specified in your subscription plan, after which it may be deleted.
Payment records: Retained as required by Saudi commercial law and tax regulations.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, request it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.
